We want you to enjoy our pretzels and be happy with your purchase. However, our pretzels are perishable and cannot be returned unless they are defective. If you received an INCORRECT item, please do not open it. We will not accept returns of items that have been opened or tampered with.
If we did not meet your quality expectations, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 844-717-8900 and we will do our best to resolve the issue. For damaged pretzels not purchased directly from Boardwalk Food Company (e.g. brewery, specialty food store, vendor, etc) please contact the location where the original purchase was made.
Refunds/Exchanges (if applicable)
For instances where the pretzels are damaged, defective, or contaminated, you may contact us to request a return within 14 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at email@example.com or call 844-717-8900 to initiate a claim.
Once your exchange has been approved, the new pretzels will be shipped within five (5) days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within five (5) days. Please allow time for posted credits to appear on your account.
No Refunds or Exchanges will be made for:
● Change of mind
● Products opened or tampered with or are not in original condition
● Incorrect orders made by the recipient
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Shipping to Boardwalk Food Company
On occasion, we may ask you to return any damaged product for inspection so that we can determine the cause of the issue. To return your product, you should mail your product to Boardwalk Food Co, 4411 Bee Ridge Road #609, Sarasota, FL 34233, United States. Boardwalk Food Company will provide a shipping label for the return. If asked to return the product, please do so within five (5) days of receiving the label.
