FAQ'S

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We ship our pretzels as quickly as possible, we know you are hungry!  Please allow 2 - 4 days for your order to ship.  You will receive a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.  If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 days, please email info@boardwalkfoodco.com. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Although we can’t imagine why you’d want to, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.  Please email info@boardwalkfoodco.com with your order number and name.  If you need to update your order or change delivery information, please contact info@boardwalkfoodco.com and we will accommodate you.  

Is there beer or alcohol in your pretzels?

Our pretzels are seasoned with specially developed spice blends to complement beer flavors.  We do not use actual beer in our recipe.  There is no alcohol in our pretzels. 

Do you have any new flavors coming?

We are always working on new flavors and recipes.  Sign up for our newsletter --  and stay up to date on all we have going on.    

Do you have gluten-free pretzels?

At this time we do not have a gluten-free version of our pretzels available.   

I want to sell these in my brewery/store.  Do you offer wholesale?
